Hey We ARE STILL HERE AT KYE BAY!!!!

Been sick the last little while with not much energy to even write on the Blog.  Never thought that would happen!!!  Still undergoing tests and attempting to identify this bug I have.  Today, I felt somewhat like my self.........so I think I am on the mend.  Thanks for your phone calls, and prayers!!! Special thanks to my two sisters Annette and Irene for all their help and encouragement


Times at Kye Bay continue to be a great time.  Claes was amazing as he took over my jobs and our guests were incredibly understanding and helpful.  The forests fires in the province have affected us here on the island to the point of alot of smoke.  One day we could not even see the water.  It is clearing up now after a few days of rain and some wind.  Very helpful as well as it cleaned everything up for us.  God is good with His weather amongst other things, eh? We have one more week of guests then we hope to visit our kids over in Powell River.  Get ready cause we are soon on our way.

  I woke up today with a touch of a sore throat; not sick enough to make a request for light duty but uncomfortable to the point of not wanting to do much. I forced myself out of the bunk. You know how it is-- if you sleep during the day --night comes sleepless! Not wanting to waste the day sniffing and drinking tea .. i do prefer coffee……I attempted to keep myself busy with my chores. My interest quickly waned and I found myself at my desk……I began sorting through the small cupboard that acts as our filing cabinet.
