JULY THE MONTH OF MUCH

Wow!!!  What an incredible month it has been!   With the help of my main man- Claes we managed to get everything in order to open the 2012 Season at the Resort...........Kye Bay Beach is the little Jewel of the west coast of BC.
The Official Week #3 folks arrived promptly on Saturday and  filled the cabins with their usual love for the Bay.
You know the Kye Bay Spirit is not quite right without all of you,so let me first thank you all for again honouring us with your presence!!!
Nineteen amazing young people from the ages of ----7ish to 15ish!!!!  Mostly girls! and their parents of course. The beach and grass areas were replesent of fun, frolic and a frenzy of forever memories!!!!!! From Sandcastles, to Kidz lunch in Cabina #1,  Pot Luck Wednesday and a return of a Pizza night...........we were entertained with an incredible Talent Show and the First ever special visit by Captain B'lue!!!!!!  Friday after our traditional High Tea everyone partook in the Kye Bay Olympics!!!!!!  You just have to check out our picture gallery to see for yourself how much FUN we all had.   Thank You for the participation of all:  parents, kidz and Captain B'lue.   It was special that Claes was able to be home for a few days to reconnect with everyone and help me "fix" a few things.

Week #4   was a wee bit smaller in number but not in energy.  The Sherman and Sheppard families continue their traditions and a young couple Lori and Nathan brought their wee new family to begin their own tradition. (Lori used to come here when she was a kid!!!! the beat goes on right?)

Now already we are at week #5 and though the weather is very much at a variable point all are full of goodies and continued memories for this year 2012.  Seems to think that the season is always half way through........time goes by quickly when your having fun ya know!

The difficult part is being a part from my Captain..............he will be back in nine more sleeps. Cant wait, Claes.

Please remember to check the other pages of the Blog and the photo gallery.
