ALL IS WELL IN EL SALVADOR

The Captain is pleased after receiving pictures and a nice lengthy email from Santos the El Salvadorian that is taking care of The White Shell while we are away.  Oh, the pictures are causing me to be lonely.
The painting of the decks should be starting next week and the toe rail sanded and varnished.  Pretty Pretty!
Been following a few blogs and our cruising friends are moving along nicely into Panama and Sea Turtle is going on to Ecuador soon.

Summer is a busy time for everyone- attempting to put as much "fun" time in a day as possible.   Here at the Bay all is well as I am  half way through our summer and looking forward to some quite time soon.  Until Fire Season begins   Claes is doing two week shifts at Wakeman Sound driving off road logging trucks.  The boating fund is getting fatter every day.  Joey is doing an awesome job patrolling the grounds and is my little companion day and night.

The hope is that  we will be able to spend some quality time with our family before it is time to go south again. We will look forward to that and until then I will get back to my Guests, my  Spanish lessons, and a  new novel called Dear John by Nicholas Sparkes, the same fellow who wrote The Note Book.    Good nite.
