PLANS CHANGE -- THINGS NEVER SEEM TO STAY THE SAME

That is a good thing ...isn't  it?  The weather is changing and we are enjoying warmer temps and clearer skies.  The days are longer the morning comes earlier.  The top dog did not win the Super Bowl last night................first football game I watched in its entirety since high school.  In those days I guess the players were the attraction right?  and the cheer leading was fun. Our plans here in the Baja seem to very changeable and we are able to adapt quite readily and that is a good thing.  This week we are making our way up into the central part of the Gulf of California as you know it........the locals call it the Sea of Cortez.  As you look at the map there are many beautiful small islands islas that we look forward to anchoring by and enjoying the beautiful water and surrounding areas.............there are alot of shells to be picked and agats (stones) to be admired and fish to be caught -right Captain? AMBIANCE AND SHRIMP

Thought that might get your attention!!!!  HAHAHHA! Caught up with our good friends Don and Jacquie from S/V Little Christian , who have just returned from a month up to Loretto..........the area we are just heading up to.  It was great to chat with them laugh and share our mutual thoughts of faith.   Check out there blog  as they are followers of ours as well. Had a great supper last night at a very outdoorsy restaurant called "La Costa" ---set right on the water in the middle of the boat yard area...............very picturesque as the sun set with the masts all silhouetted.  Very nice!  The ambiance very tropical with dirt floors and palm reeds thatched to make a roof.  It is a rather large establishment--the location where us girls have our SASS gatherings.  The service was impeccable and the food was fantastic.  I dare to say the third best meal out I have had yet.
