NEW SCENERY

After ten days anchored in the Bay of Dreams….aka Ensenada de los Muertos we have made our way back up in to the Sea towards La Paz. As we entered into the San Lorenzo Channel we heard our friends from the S/Vs Nautilus and Salish Seas chatting back and forth making plans to head out to Isla Partida to a little bay called Ensenda el Cardonal. Our plans were quickly changed and we continued right up the west side of Isla Espiritu Santo and truly are enjoying our rendezvous with our cruising buddies. It seems like it has been some time since we last saw them so we spent the evening sharing a meal of Mai Mai (fish) a few beers and lots of stories. Ian now has Diane, his bride on board the Salish Sea so we had supper at their table all contributing to make a fantastic time. We are truly missing Kristen as she is taking a wee break and getting her grandma fix up in Seattle…she should be home Wednesday. A Chico Frapucchio without the whipping cream

and its free internet that goes with it so am sending you a very quick message.  I will come by with my laptop tomorrow and download some more pictures and a few posts that we wrote while we were exploring Isla Partida.  We are back in La Paz and its very warming to meet up with our sailor friends.  Actually gathering a rather nice collection of folks.................there is a beach party this weekend so we are sure to have some fun times..............yes, I will take some more pictures.  HAHAHHA! The weather is warmish  80 degrees today with lots of clouds.  They are forcasting 80% chance of rain tonight so we will follow up on that as well.  We are well and spending some time doing a few chores, like getting the shortwave radio checked.............our friend Roz arrives next week.  We will drive around and tour............so talk to you soon.
