SAILORS SUFFERING SLIGHT SIGNS OF TRANSITION

Feelings are mixed these days as we continue to prepare for our departure.  The Captain should be on his way home saturday,  I continue to sort, sift and sort again as I pack.  What do we need to take, what do we want to take, what can we live without????

The weather here continues to be crisp but very lovely as our autumn season turns into a very nice time to enjoy the beach and the waves.  Folks are settling into the resort for the winter and again many interesting stories are being shared.  Jane and Fred have easily made their transition form the Fire Tower in Alberta to unit #6 here at Kye Bay.  They are great and so supportive of us. Joey will remain the resort KAT and hunker down for the winter with them and the laundry room.  Oh, my heart is heavy in that regard cause you know the struggle I have with leaving him behind.  In my mind I know it is the best for him but my heart will miss him so.  He is my little buddy, never complaining and always willing to love me.   (Of course folks say its because I spoil him so.........could be??)

Lots to prepare regarding personal business so must get back at it.  Oh, I wanted to share with you my thrill to have reconnected with a friend from my days living in Toronto.  Nancy, now lives in Winnipeg and has an incredible Youtube site...............

check it out and enjoy her gift of making beautiful music.  I promise you will love it.

Well, that is it for today............take care and have a great day!  I hope to.  Lue
