COMPUTER FRUSTRATIONS!

Image
Thought I would access a new email provider and make my life simplified.  Needless to say I spent time into the wee hours last night to fix a problem that of course turned into another problem this morning.  So to make a long story short PLEASE  ignore the change of address I sent out last night and to know that my address is was and remains to be: luepetri@gmail.com Thanks and this just reminds me that computers are awesome and yet can be tedious at times.  I do continue to learn through my mistakes so that is good.  Hey, maybe I can a job as a trouble shooter soon.  HAHAHHA! Have a great day and enjoy the picture of the sunset at Kye Bay last night.  It eased our pain of losing our Canuks game last night.   Lue and Claes and Joey at the Bay

A DAY AT THE BEACH WITH ANNIKA

Image
We had such a great day today!  After our yearly medical check up with our Dr Wolynik we picked up Annika in Royston and headed to the beach.  She was thrilled and so were we! Her and I selected treasures from our unit and she organized them expertly on the kitchen table as we both looked out on to the magnificient view of Kye Bay.   Annika and I, Jacob and his little brother, Ethan  went on a hike during the time Grandpa was away picking up Cole from school.  The afternoon sun was warming and the camera moments were numerous.  Hope you enjoy the new album that I uploaded.  She, Annika is very co operative with the camera.  Upon Grandpa Claes return  we had hot dogs inviting the nieghbours grandsons to join us. We so enjoyed Annika and tuckered her out for sure.  Cole was having so much fun he nearly forgot his scheduled time for his marital art class.  Away they went with dad and Grandpa and I returned to unit #1 and la...

POWELL RIVER VISIT

Image
The Strait of Georgia was calm and very beautiful, though not very warm it lent itself to an enjoyable crossing.  Being on the water and not on the White Shell felt strange.  That far a way look in the My Captains eyes told me he misses her a lot!

FRIDAY NIGHTS ALL RIGHT!

Image
No matter where you are there is just something exciting about Friday night!  Perhaps a kick back from my youth and or the days of work weeks but  my mind and soul love this particular day/night of the week.  I even got a hair cut today.........it is still long but not so wild.  Did a little more provisioning and even bought flour so I will attempt to continue to keep The Captain happy and do some baking.  Bought a package of large Tortillas for  $3.49. I have discovered that as long as I have the time I enjoy baking.  DO NOT like to rush though..and that goes for everything. Coming back to the fast lane of city living and Canada has taken its toll on us.  We both seem very tired which is strange after all the resting that we have had the last eight  months.   I went driving in the van today and felt rather out of place for a few miles.  We continue to be blessed here at Kye Bay and are slowly settling in.  I am battling...
